We are truly looking forward to being able to get together in Miami for PTCOG 60 from June 27 – July 2, 2022. There has been a lot of positive feedback and excitement about planning this in-person meeting. The enthusiasm shows the fantastic assortment of abstract submissions we’ve already received. We want to give you every opportunity to share your work with your colleagues and learn about what others are doing. In order to do this, based on the feedback we received, we have decided to extend the deadline for abstracts an additional two weeks. The final deadline will be February 28th. In addition, we understand that sometimes the timing of various other meeting submission deadlines overlap and we would like to remind you that, in the spirit of the PTCOG’s semi-informal character, work that you may have submitted to another conference would be fine to also share with the PTCOG community.

As the pandemic, hopefully winds down, we know that some travel cautions are currently still in effect. The PTCOG meeting is four months away. We recommend that you submit your abstract with the expectation that travel will be possible by late June. As we get closer to the meeting, if there are still some restrictions in place, we may look at the possibility to remotely offer your presentation (oral or poster). While the meeting will not be live-streamed, it is desired to maximize the breadth of the ongoing work in which our community is involved. We hope you will take advantage of the extended deadline to submit your abstract.

We look forward to seeing you and to learn about your latest works in beautiful Miami!
